Las Vegas, NV September 4, 2015 — MountainView Hospital was recognized by the Nevada Donor Network with the network's Gold Award.
The Gold Award from the Nevada Donor Network recognizes efforts in the Workplace Partnership for Life program to help raise the awareness of organ donation and to get people to sign up to become organ donors.
This national initiative provides hospitals and other community partners with the tools and resources needed to help promote the importance of organ, eye and tissue donation. The goal of the initiative is to build a culture of donation in the U.S. by furthering donation education and creating opportunities for Americans to register to save lives through organ and tissue donation.
